National Drug Codes and North American Nursing Diagnosis
Association, International (NANDA)?
The National Drug Code is a unique product identifier in United
States for the the intention of the human use with drug listing act
1972.
It is developed for the registration of current using drugs details
of manufacture, preparation ,compound and process of the listed
drugs for the commercial usage.
National drug code os unique 10 digit ,3 segment ,which is assigned
to the medication listed under the FDA(food, drug and cosmetic
act).FDA gives the database to the National drugs code regarding
the registration and the listing system.
NANADA- North American Nursing Diagnosis Association Founded in
1982.In 2002,NANADA became international to reflect the field of
nursing diagnosis.It approved morethan 200 nursing diagnoses for
clinical use.

*health promotion nursing diagnosis
*risk nursing diagnosis
*syndrome
Diagnostic axes are operationally defined as dimensions of the
human response that is considered in the diagnosis processs.
Axis 1 :the diagnostic focus
Axis 2 :Subject of the
diagnosis(individual,caregiver,family,group)
Axis 3:judgement(impaired,ineffective)
Axis 4:location (body part)
Axis 5:Age (infant,child,adult)
Axis 6:Time (chronic,acute,intermittent)
Axis 7:status of the diagnosis.(problem focused,risk,health
promotion)
