A Thumbs Up! Would be really helpful for me. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Here I'm going to describe why do 5 steps of the recruitment process require input from other parts of the organization along with how would I handle the situation in which the employee's management is reluctant to complete a job analysis.
The five steps of the recruitment process include- (a) planning, (b) strategy development, (c) searching, (d) screening, (e) evaluation and control. but it is very important that input from other parts of the organization should be included because if HR management recruits any of the employees without their respective of other parts of the organization that there might get the chance he would select a wrong or unskilled candidate because he doesn't have complete knowledge about the recruitment it is also very important that he considers the perspective of the other parts of the organization.
and if the employees on management are elected to complete a job analysis then there are two ways an HR manager can opt to make it the right situation. Either they can go for a positive motivational approach or a negative motivational approach. employees are not working properly then they should be given punishments if they are working properly then they should be given in sentence in the monetary or nonmonetary terms and there should be proper leadership to manage and influence the behavior of employees towards the common goal of the organization and in a correct path.
