More number of voter turnout and increased number of votes from the Latinos, are going to influence the election of those law makers, officials and executives who propose superior or people friendly public policies for the states and Latino communities and about those who have not got policies in favor of them. Members working as a part of plural executives are also elected by people and some of them might belong to Latinos or similar communities. It will make the plural executive to pass decisions that are friendly to these communities along with other communities.  As a result, state legislature and plural executives will have members who have reached offices after the election on commitment to change towards better policies. It makes a change or influence upon the public policy and new public policy will give attention to the latest trends, issues and challenges faced by the people of the state. It will benefit the latino people, younger people who first time voted and those who voted for the better change in public policies. It will make stake legislature to work on new policies and pass it to implement by the executives who show their commitment towards people of state.
