For Terminal-digit order, the last 2 digits ( ie Group 3 digits in this case) are considered as primary. Therefore, the entries shall be made as per the descending order of Group 3 digits. Digits of Group 1 and Group 2 shall be arranged accordingly. When the Group 3 digits are the same for more than one entry, the entries shall be arranged in descending order of Group 2. When Group 3 and Group 2 digits are the same for more than one entry then the entries shall be arranged in descending order of Group 1.
