Ethics is the most powerful tool which against the business person which forces the person to rethink before doing a particular job. It is a biggest concern of every people. Because of this some people were doing their job according to the moral and ethical values of the society. But some of them were found the idea that they easily avoid the moral and ethical values of the society without violating the law. Some companies are focusing on the social values such as honesty, good dealing and obedient to the law. Some of them are very elegant in providing good service to the customers, commitment towards the society and environment.
But some companies were engage in unethical activities without violating the laws.
