Expert Solution

The second Amendment of the united States Constitution states " A WELL REGULATED MILITIA BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF AFREE STATE, THE RIGHT FO THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS ,SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"

Therefore the right to keep & bear arms is the right of the people to keep arms for their safety &defence.

it is the vision of some as -"an inalienable protection against tyranny ;By others as adangerous anachronism."

Should there be an effort to limit the manufacturing of guns : this a considerably a debateable topic, its said that the guns are agreat business, ahuge profit was collected as 45% guns were sold . But when guns are in wrong hands then many orders are framed &executed.

The guns are not sold directly to the people, each of the guns are licensed by the Federal government for example in case of killing & when asked where the guns come from & when wrong hands the management always issue statement that company " Does not sell weapons or ammunition directly to consumers, sale s are made only to federally licenced firearms dealers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations". so NO action can be taken against the manufactrers, distributors, dealers,& the retailers. thus no case has been successfully framed against, the gun manufacturer .The manufactures stand has been protected. what ever may be the killings or harms.

It is worth to learn famous distinction of Peter Druker that " MANAGEMENT IS DOING THINGS RIGHT : LEADERSHIP IS DOING THE RIGHT THING ".

The students of high school walked out of classes ,a part of a protest supporting the second Amendment " right to bear arms" they said GUNS DONT KILL PEOPLE , PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE" We support the right to bear arms.
