If you will soon enter a new career, what issues are you most concerned about? How might an employer help you deal with these issues?
If I enter into a new career, the following are the issues I am concerned about:
· Life style changes
· New skill training
· Team management
· Communication gap
· Competition
· Pressure of work
· Commitment
An employer can help me in dealing with these issues by being “supportive”.
· If an employer is supportive, he/she will try to understand my work style and settle me in a project where team work is needed and eventually that it will help me in gaining some friends and to adjust with these changes.
· If any mistake takes place, instead of playing the blame game my employer should support, in making me understand about the scenario and explain how to avoid the mistakes in the future.
· If an employer is friendly he will ask an existing employee to be the buddy of the day for me and help me in understanding every corner of the company.
· It will be easy to understand the policies and follow the protocol.
An employer with this amazing quality will always remain special in every employee life, because they help them to adopt the changes and welcome them with a new hope and faith. It will be easy to deal with these kinds of issues if we have a supporting employer.
