Solution:
The specific aspect of my organization that relates to the culture of organization is the diversity within the organization. It is very rarely seen that the organizations have a good diversity within their workforce. This is why the diversity that was present within my organization worked as a crucial element of our organizational culture that was always helped with the benefits of diversity. Also, the oversll impact of diversity on the bottom line of the business was positive and there was an increase in the growth of the bottom line of the company.
Hence, with our organizational culture supporting diverse workforce it helps the business in various aspects to improve the productivity of the workforce, make the workforce flexible and innovating which is very essential for any business in a competitive market. Thus, there has been several researches that has proved the positive impact of diversity on the business perofrmance and our organization is also ripping the benefits of a diverse workforce.
Hence, this is why I believe diversity is a crucial element to have in a business mainly because of the numnerous benefits it brings to the business and the productivity of the workforce.
