Answer:
Evaluating the usefulness and tone of the letter and the questions and format of the instrument as below:
Evaluating Usefulness of the Cover Letter/Questionnaire/Message: The cover letter / questionnaire and message is useful for the American society of training because they can get the feedback from their members and can find the scope for improvement of their training operations so that they can improve their members and increase more satisfaction for their members and organization. So this is really useful and it is required to be used for getting the right feedback from their members on periodic intervals.
Evaluating Tone of the Cover Letter/Questionnaire/Message: The language used for cover letter / questionnaire message for getting the feedback from their members is satisfactory but not impressive. The language needs to be polite and influencing the members such that members will willing to reply as soon as possible. The language polishing is missing in this communication and it will not impress and influence the target members so that they can come forward willingly.
Evaluating the Questions in the Questionnaire / Format: The content of the questions are satisfactory but the descriptive question are not ok for the feedback purpose because the questions should be with Yes / No format, so that members can quickly mention Yes or No based on their feedback. It is very difficult to get the descriptive reply from the members, as they do not have much time to reply in writing. Thus questions format is inappropriate and not suitable for this feedback purpose.
