Decisions are taken within an organization made by individuals or groups, but whoever makes them will be influenced by the culture of the company. In an organization world, standards are set for determining good and bad behavior and decision-making. Business ethics is a broad concept, covering everything from corporate governance with the organization to all the external and internal stakeholders in an organization. Every organization should have its own moral principles and ethical values. It will help an organization and its's employees, customers, investors, and all external and internal stakeholders.
