During this unprecedented time, the safety of all employees and partners continue to remain the key focus from employer side. Employers are doing everything to reduce the risk of the virus spreading internally while working externally with clients, government and local authorities, healthcare experts and industry bodies on the future course of action. The COVID-19 pandemic is now a global health crisis. To slow the spread of COVID-19, many countries have implemented restrictions on entry and exit, visa and work permit issuance, closed ports, tightened quarantine rules etc.

Here are some of the actions are taken by Employers.

Ø Frequently communicating safety protocols and preventative measures

Ø Limiting travel to business-critical situations only

Ø Enabling remote work and promoting social distancing practices

Ø Enforcing a ‘no visitor’ policy at the facilities

Ø Implementing employee support groups.

Ø Be Aware of Cyber Crime.

In consultation with global health and safety experts to implement precautionary return to office guidelines which cover a deep cleaning of all facilities, office setup for adherence to social distancing norms, adaptation of recommended personal hygiene best practices, fitness self-declaration, temperature checks, staggered office timings, continued shut down of common facilities and no visitor policy.

A vast majority of the Government’s in geographies where existing facilities, have extended the current lockdown with a few local authorities easing curfew restrictions. It remains committed to the health and safety of its team members, with a request to continue working from home until further notice from Manager or HR Partner or via an email communication from the Coronavirus Task Force.

And from employee Side, they are working from home and doing their best to maintain the social distancing and putting their effort to continue the best client relationship. So that the production will not be impacted. Many of the IT organization are badly impacted due to Covid-19 and they are reducing the size of the team across the business domain. Somewhere they cut the some of the salary portion for Covid-19 patient. And more Over employers are doing their best for the society in terms of providing basic essential to the poor people and feeding them.

If we talk about the Hospital where employees are working now more than normal working hours and putting their all effort to save the patient. We all are appreciating them. They are putting their life risk every day. Not only it is restricted with them but also to their family too. All the doctors around the world are doing their best to save the people. It is not only because they are getting salary but also it is for man kindness. In the same time worker from grocery stores they are putting their life to feed other people, to feed the people of village, town and the entire nation. So that no one will die in hungerness.

They are working hard with the precautions by maintaining social distance. Flipkart, Amazon like big

e-commerce industries are now more focusing on delivering essential to the customers. Zomato and Swiggy, these online foods delivering companies also now expanding their business to deliver essentials like groceries, mask, sanitizers etc. Management of all the industries are now focusing how to continue the business and in the same time employee safety with the pay. No doubt the workers from Hospitals and Supermarket and the medical shop are doing incredibly well. In the same time other industry like E-Commerce, Aviation, Apparel, Automotive, Infrastructure, IT, Sports and Entertainment, Travel and Tourism, Fintech etc. There are huge number of workers are badly impacted due to this Covid-19. Everyone is now in very high risk of losing jobs, no doubt many of the employers already started the jub cuts around the world. In the same time both employees and employers are actively participating for helping to most of the Charity and the people who are badly affected and seeking help from others every day for food and other essentials. Government has predominantly working hard irrespective departmentally, has clear instructions to serve the people in this critical time. I feel Government employees are best example of the real hero in this critical time. If we talk about Police department, polices are working so hard day night to control this virus to spread and to maintain social distancing. Some of the providing food to the poor people and creating awareness for their safety and social distancing. If we talk about the Government hospital, workers are doing great job to save this world. If we talk about teaches, they are started giving online teaching to all the students. The Political leaders are working so hard day and night and keep on eye on the area they are elected for. They are continuously monitoring the situation. They are doing their best how to control the virus to spread. They are providing quarantine to all the people who has recent travel history with the necessity. I feel Management of Govt body plays the important role at this critical time. No doubt most the corporate and the private organization donates a huge amount to the charity. Every individual plays an important role in this pandemic situation. Everyone concern about the current situation. America, Italy, Spain, China are major affected countries by Coronavirus. Many people have died and many are struggling for the life. Let’s all help each other and save the world. In this situation, all are in the same page. If we talk about any industries, it runs through us. If we will not exit then no industry will exist. Time has come to help each other.
