Mike was a manager for a large company that serviced equipment in the homes of a national charity. On return from holiday, his team told Mike that his boss had showed them how to fiddle the billing system so the charity would be charged for twice as much work as had actually been performed. Mike’s team thought that this was wrong. He said doing nothing was not an option, but he had no idea who to talk to or what to say and was worried about going above his boss with whom he worked well. Mike is looking for your advice, what would you advise him. - Use what you learned during classes to explain for Mike the recommended procedure. - What are the questions you need to ask Mike about?
charity is done to help the people of the society to provide benefits and necessities to the people who you don't have enough resources to get them. My get to know about that net his boss is fiddling the billing system so that it would be charged as twice as much work as had actually been performed. this is totally wrongdoing and it should not be done anywhere if you are doing a charity. My advice to Mike would be that he should stand against the wrong going on in there in their organization and try to come up with a better solution which will help to stop the wrongful act going on in their organization. Moreover, Deccan goes against their Boss as a team because unity is having a lot of power which can help the wrong person to come on a straight line and as a team, they can start a stand against the wrong no matter if he is having a good relationship with his boss or not if you see that is was is doing something wrong then he should take some major steps against him so that that wrong steps should be stopped and the cause which is of charity should be e done with a purpose to help people. some question which should be asked from Mike is that if he is having a good relationship with his boss then will he go against his boss in this wrongful act? Should he take his team member's help to go against their Boss?
