1) RADAR

The entire technology of RADAR, which is the ability to use radio waves to detect oblects was barely invented at the start of war but became highly developed in just few at size of "Radiation Laboratory" at MIT.

2) Rocketery

The V-1 which is also known as buzz bomb. This automatic aircraft is today known as "Cruise Missile". The V-1 was developed at Peenemude Army Research Center during Second World war.

3) Pressurised Cabin

Flying at high altitude was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous. The B29 bomber during second world war built a pressurised cockpit, nose and a shaft leading along the ship to unpressurise launch bag.

4) Medical technology
