If you've ever worked at a job with other people, you've heard things like this: We need younger people with more energy here; or he's getting too old for this. It doesn't seem unfair to recognize that we humans really do get old, and as that happens, our bodies and our minds sometimes start to fail. So why can't the workplace just accept that? What's wrong with a company wanting younger, more energetic, more creative employees?

1. Experienced employees demand higher salary than the younger generation.

2. Younger employees are more active, vigorous and energetic

3. Their eagerness and enthusiasm help company to expect much dedicated performance

4. They are more creative and company has to be innovative for gaining competitive advantage

5. Younger generation have more ideas and innovative approaches for business growth

6. They can embrace all modern technology easily while it is difficult for older generation to do so.

7. Younger generation has positive attitude towards job

8. They build health relations with peers and superiors because they want to understand and learn their job

9. For gaining competitive advantage

10. They take less time and energy for completion of work or project.
