- In layman language the responsiveness means that the company is delivering to the customer what is required, as quickly as possible. For product, productivity means that a system is in place to continually deliver a high-quality product over a long period of time.

- One should think that why is it important to be responsive towards the products and consumer of that product? It is because customer responsiveness helps a company to develop new products or modify the current ones, based on the changing needs of customers. Customers leave information and provide feedback all the time by way of product reviews, comments about a company, experiences with a brand, and other such data.

- Various steps can be formed for responsiveness which is as;

1. Act quickly. Procrastination works well only until you earn your degree.

2. Show concern for the outcome. Working hard is not enough.

3. Follow-up pre-emotively. Responsiveness is not only a behavior; it is a communication style.

4. Keep all parties involved.

5. Have an organized system.

- Responsiveness at work while developing a product; Responsiveness, in communication, refers to the degree that what YOU say, responds clearly and directly, to what the other person just said. If you are being responsive, the other person knows you are paying attention, and care enough about what he or she is talking about to "stay on that topic".
