For this questions, I have considered "ESET antivirus" as an option.

I had used this antivirus for more than 5 year in my windows machine(Now I moved to ubuntu). It has all the information requested by you.

A. Cost around for this antivirus program will be between 500 to 2000 based on number of devices support you want.
