Answer :- Roosevelt was among popular president of United States with tremendous power . He was a social reformer and a historian. As a United States president he took many important decisive role in global affairs. Roosevelt believed that America should intervene in world affairs to ensure its national well being. As he thought America being superior society should assist smaller countries.

Panama Canal:- Roosevelt established panama canal. For many years U.S naval leaders dreamed of passage between atlantic and Pacific oceans through central America . At the time of war with Spain it took 2 months for American ships to join U. S fleet at the coast of Cuba because of lack of panama canal. It was known as panama canal zone which increased the military power in Central America.

Great white fleet:- Roosevelt increased the battle ships in U.S fleet as he believed it's essential for U. S defence. He converted the American navy in world's strongest . He send fleet ( great white fleet) for tour all around world to show U. S navy power and to boost domestic support for his naval program. Navy to gain experience through World Tour.

Peace keeper :- Roosevelt intervened a peace treaty to the war during August 1905. Roosevelt convinced Japan to accept land and control over Korea instead of huge money. Roosevelt made Russian leave Manchuria which is the part of China after Russia invaded Manchuria. He kept trading in China open all around the world. Roosevelt was a successful mediator and won nobel peace Prize in 1906.

Roosevelt corollary :-During 1990s Roosevelt grew concerned that a crisis between Venezuela and it's creditor nations could make invasion by European powers. Roosevelt corollary of dec 1904 stated that America will intervene as last resort to ensure Venezuela fulfill its obligation to creditor nations. United States used military force for stability of the nation in the region.
