1. How should we measure intelligence? Why? Should we do away with Standardized testing (SATs, etc...)?
2. What mnemonic devices do you use when trying to remember something? What mneumonic devices that we discussed do you think would be the best for you? Why? (in other words: perhaps if you love music, there is a device that would work better for you than others)
3. I want you to try a new mnemonic device to study for this test. Which one will you try out?
Note: As per guidelines. In multiple question scenarios-
experts are asked to attempt ONE
question. Sorry for the

We should measure intelligence keeping all the psychological and social parameters in the minds. There should be a special focus on social factors like socioeconomic background, cultural background, and the provision of education. This is important in the sense that it will make the assessment on equal grounds. If intelligence is tested on rich already educated person vs poor non-educated person then testing will show good results for the rich individuals. A fair intelligence testing is the one, which remains fair irrespective of various social factors.
SATs are usually based on some criteria which have thoroughly investigated and validated. It just fulfills the academic purpose and does not completely define the whole intelligence testing. It is not about throwing them away, its about it cannot be used to generalized or label the population or used everywhere.
