To what degree is there a connection between the types of products and related support services offered and the management strategies employed? Explain. For example let's take example of XYZ food industry, i have started a food restaurant chain in India. So, if we see in India, various states have different taste preferences and also prefernce in terms of vegetarian and non- vegetarian foods. There are some places where there is a beef ban and if i try selling hamburgers in such area , this will lead to winding up of my business . Another instance, there are areas where non vegetarian is banned in such areas if i try to sell non vegetarian foods then it will end up my business in that area. Hence forth, culture plays an important role in sustainability of business.

Yes, to some extend it has a connection. Now say i have electronics business, my refigrator sold is having issues after 6 months of usage and my after sales service after several attempts fails to solve the issue . Here , it will affect my business in a negative way . Noww, coming to management startegies, yes , sales always happens with a technique of marketing and for this strategies are involved.

One must implement such strategies that there is cost reduction and more production and sales of products and services.
