Building team with high level of skills set and competence.
Collaborate with all the lead architect, developer, business analyst and other executives of the Organisation in order to know the working direction of the technicalities of the software.
System designing
Implementation of plan in an effective way
Create, maintain and track all the scheduling and plannings of the project.
Tracking day to day work of the software development team.
Providing routine status reports to the related senior executives or management of the organisation.
Regularly guiding and motivating all the developers and programmers.
Troubleshooting technical issues
Conducting regular meetings with all the team members and related management
Keep software upgradations.

Success and failure of any project is highly dependent upon its implementations and it's acceptance by all the related employees of the organisation.
