Hi, could you provide brief examples for the instances below. I would appreciate your explanation so I can understand
Question 1
TM1 is the administration team leader and they achieve all KPIs and yearly goals, is highly motivated, recent winner of best personal trainer award, self-admits they have behavioural problems, seen by other TMs as isolated, stoic, cold, aloof, insensitive and harsh to other TMs and has poor communication skills
Could you describe three (3) instances where you could provide informal feedback to them?
Instance 1
Instance 2
Instance 3
Instances where informal feedback can be provided to TM1:
· A mentoring advice can be given by the manager of TM1, at his desk in his office, where perks of being a team player can be highlighted. The manager can appreciate the current performance of TM1 and can tell him, how becoming a team player can be quite beneficial for his future stints in the company.
· During an outbound activity, one of the peers can talk with TM1 and state that he gets projected as quite a reserved person. The peer can have a friendly discussion with TM1 about how his blunt feedback can be stressful for other TMs and how modulating the same, can help him in developing his overall network at the workplace.
· During a one to one session, the manager of TM1 can discuss the career development plan which company has kept in mind for TM1. The manager can ask him to enhance his communication skills like active listening which can help him evolve as a future leader for the company. Feedback becomes constructive if it is presented in a positive way.
