Question

No, healthy choices could not be legislated. This is because it is the duty of each individual to take responsibility of their health. People have to change their behaviour about taking care of their health. Yes, banning of banning or taxing unhealthy foods or ingredients would help in improving the health status of the Americans. This is because these food items and their ingredients are not at all good for health and increase the risk of increasing disease from eating these food items. For example, banning of tobacco that is injurious to health could save the life of many Americans. Yes, according to me it is the right choice to improve because it would help in saving the life of many individuals. For example, banning of coacine, marjuna in America could help in decreasing the risk of losing many lives of the Americans. Also, the banning of alcohol and smoking decresing the risk of many individuals.
