94). Why not create a plan every time--but have a highly abbreviated plan for small-scale process?
Every process small or large needs to abide by a plan which has its set goals to achieve keeping the doors open for changes as well. The plan is successful when the considerations are kept in mind:
· The goals have to be clear,
· The clarity of outcome has to be clear,
· The plans for the things going wrong or emergency has to be there,
· The list of jobs with the people with skills has to be there
· The finance of the job or the project has to be in the mind
All these aspects of the project need the plan.
The small scale processes which are key to the entirety of the job need a well-planned process for the same reasons that the plan for the project is needed. The success of the small process has a large impact on the overall success and execution. An example is the attendance system in making the Human Resource automated in Management information systems for wages. Therefore, the execution of the attendance system is a small but very intricate job which is very evident.
