What are the implications of the safety threats and challenges we are facing while dealing with people online in our lives? Please explain with short examples.

Well being involve in internet has various drawbacks.Internet is a boon that it has connected people around the world . But it is also becoming a curse to some people too. There are various drawbacks like:-

Damaged Reputation:-Intenet is damaging our reputation too.People meet each other online, starts trusting them and share their personal lives. But sometimes these people leaks their information online and reputation of a person gets damaged. Many times people in social media defame each other and their reputation gets damaged.

Example:- Sometimes videos get viral on social media of a person doing silly mistake in some task and the whole world sees it then.

Sexual Predators:- Predators are using online platforms to make or get a sexual video from a person. Young people get trapped into their traps and become a victim of this. Their whole mental health gets effected after this incident or sometimes predators blackmail them using these videos.

Example:- Many times people join video sex chat rooms and got their video recorded by other end and then these recorded videos are used to blackmail them for money or sex.

Bullying: Cyber bullying has increased so much now-a-days. Sending abusive words, hateful messages , giving death/rape threats is called cyberbullying. Cyberbullying can sometime leads to depression, suicides.

Example:- Recently and Indian Cricketer's 5 years daughter got rape threat by a guy in social media platforms because his father just lost a match.

All these things make life worst of some people. These things leads to depression, financial losses, poor health and sometimes death.
