• Organizations have been able to perform better and in an efficient manner post switching to sustainable initiatives. They can save money on over consumption and energy saving has taken place post the sustainable practices.
• The companies are also able to solve the problems of carbon footprints by reducing them. They later communicated these to the employees and the media, which gave them a competitive edge from their competitors.
• Involving sustainable practices have led to getting more recognition worldwide which led to garnering more innovations, involvement from employees, and getting sponsorship from the top executives.
• Taking up sustainable projects make the organizations as a pillar to change. They act as a threshold for the other companies to follow as an example to bring about change.
• With the countries and people being extra careful about the environment and shifting to sustainable practices, the organizations adopting these methods can become relatable to the consumers and hence can achieve more sales, revenue, and profits by being the top choice of the customers.
