Heart Healthy Diet
Our heart requires low fat diet which include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans,fish and nuts. Heart is a muscle so what we required for health of any muscle is the same with the heart. Limited quantity of sugar ,salt(sodium), saturated fats is very necessary part for heart friendly diet. Fat is also necessary but less than 35% of fat should come from unsaturated fat. Also there is need of micronutrients like Vitamin A,B-12,calcium,zinc which help in increase immunity and help heart to work properly and prevent heart from diseases. Spinach, Broccoli, Bell pepper, carrots, apple, walnuts,chia seeds, beans etc. are some foods good for heart. For heart health we should totally avoid tran and saturated fats (Pork, butter, poultry with skin etc.)because these increase Chalesrol which causes heart diseases.
Importance of exercise
There are many important benefits of exercise to our body. We need both physical and mental exercises. Where physical exercise gives our body healthy structure there are mental exercises which give usental peace and calmness.
Here are some benefits we are mentioning below:
1. Reduces effects of aging.
2. Reduces stress on heart.
3. Reduces Chelostrol.
4. Lower down the risk of Type-2 Diabetes.
5. Enhances our immune system.
6. Reduces diseases related to bones and reduces the risk for developing cancer.
7. Better sleep.
8. Improve mood.
9. Improve brain functions.
10. Reduces obesity, which is the main culprit.
Preventing obesity
Obesity is linked with many other diseases like diabetes, hypertension and heart diseases. So preventing obesity is that we are discounted from these diseases. These three are main diseases and there are many other diseases related with the obesity. Obesity put effect on us physically and psychologically. By lowering amount of fats or stick on balanced diet and exercise can help us in preventing obesity. Obesity is a stigma. Obese people doesn't found to be mentality strong. They are physically and mentally weak. Metabolism activities are highly ineffective in obese people.Here are some suggestions regarding preventing obese:
1. Eat a balance and low fat diets
2. Exercise more eat less.
3. Take good sleep.
4. Avoid alcohol.
5. Control your eating habbits.
6. Do some yoga.
7. Reconstruct your sitting schedules. Avoid watching too much TV,watching movie, smart phone, laptops.
Physical Activities
Physical activities are the lifestyles of living a disease free life.Physical activities maintain our health balance. These activities reduces the chance of obesity and disease related to obesity. Even if you didn't do exercise and do physical activities like playing physical games lime football, volleyball, tennis and going for a walk , roping inreases the chance of remain healthy at every stage of life. It is better walking than using bike or car for lesser distance drive. This activity will boosting your physical health and so on mental health. There are many diseases can be treated through physical activities. There are many benefit of physical activities. Physical health is directly proportional to the mental health. If you do so.e physical activities daily then there is no need for exercising because physical activities gives us more benefits than that of physical exercising. Physic activities gives us satisfaction and encourage us to live a healthy life.
