ionization energy (largest first):
-Argon
-Cesium
-Chlorine
-Potassim
Ionization energy increases on moving left to right along a period due to increase increases in effective nuclear charge.
On moving down the group ionization energy decreases due to increase in atomic size.
On the basis of positions in periodic table , these elements can be arranged in order of decreasing ionization energy as,
Argon > chlorine > potassium > Cesium
