Decrease in accounts receivable is a source of cash, as because when receivable get reduced, it means the amount receivable from debtors have been received.

Increase in Notes Payable is a source of cash as it means that the amouth you were supposed to pay to your creditors is not yet paid by you and the amount is still in your hands.
