Subtract 8 at both side .if same number is added,substracted , multiplied or divide on both side of equation ,then there is no change in equality

2x+8+9x-8=29-8

11x= 21

Divide by 11 on both side

This is improper fraction. For a proper fraction numerater should be less than denominator.

So we need to write this in mixed number

To write a improper fraction

In mixed number ,first divide a with b and find largest possible whole number k , and remainder R

Then mixed number for

21 divide 11 gives whole number as 1 and Reminder as 10.so
