Discuss ethical issues that may come up in professional settings. What situations may arise that can challenge us? How can our moral compass and ethical standards help us navigate our way through the daily stressful interactions within a business or professional setting?
Please discuss the collaboration process, both in general and specifically as it relates to your experience working with the virtual company--how is it working with others? What challenges have you encountered, and what benefits have you found?
Ethical issues can be:
*Discrimination and harassment*
Law orders all organizations to treat all the employees equally. Discrimination and harasament on the basis of caste, gender, disability, authencity and anything other than this crosses the line legally and formally.
*Unrealistic and non achievable goals* sometimes organizations may give you a goal which is not practically achievable and seems to be unrealistic. This may create unnecessary pressure on employees and gives unrealistic growth of company.
Situations which can challenge us can be:
1. The person who is an introvert, might take time to get comfortable in the company's environment and among all employees.
2. Lerning to be creative and adapting that ability.
3. Being motivated and engaged for long period of time can be a challenge.
4. Keeping a positive attitude because mindset ia everything.
Moral compass and ethical standards can help:
1. Give the employees break. This morale action by the company can help employees stay out of daily stress and increase the productivity.
2. Rewarding them with appreciations, surprises, recognitions, incentives or perks can help them stay happy and positive and stress free.
3. Bring in experts can help stay stress free where life coaches or experts can bring a fresh air in lives of employees with workshops or consultancies.
Personally the challenges i have encountered were:
1. Time management. When a person starts a job, it's hard to balance personal and professional life all together.
2. Being positive. Every situation doesn't bring positivity but can teach you to be positive.
3. Discipline is the first required action every employee has to fulfil. Without this, no company can entertain you for longer.
Benefits were:
1. You overcome your weaknesses with time and try to strong up the strengths.
2. Learnt to be discipline and attain positivity.
3. explore the world you have near you and learn alot.
