According to the resolution, employers may mutually agree with any of the following options with their non-national employees

• Permanent reduction of salary

• recommend these nonnationals on virtual opportunities and don't take their residence to keep them stay until they want to stay in office premises.
• collect the data of employees ( non - national) and market their capabilities and achievements on the basis of past performance.
• use of internal sources to placed those non- national employees and conduct their interviews with those firms which are with their native countries. maybe for the part-time work permit.
• ease financial burden
• give them financial security with the loan burden, as these are already decided to get unemployed by UAE norms so to reduce the burden of their loan or any financial issue should be reduced.
• grant their children education free of cost until and unless they are not employed in some other country company.

MEDICAL FACILITIES & BASIC NECESSITY

give them medical facilities so they are alive and think about their future as they are missing their source of income this facility should be free of cost.

makes a policy of not throwing NONnationals employees from their nations but gives them fewer privileges as compared to nationals employees.
