A wide range of technologies are employed in support of the justice system, including telephony, database management software, computers, and internet. The adoption and implementation of technology also directly shapes the policies and practices of the justice system. Justice Administrators can make use of these technologies for their own development and development of the Justice delivery systems. They can develop their skill and knowledge through the use of technology and can train their subordinate staffs on various facets of technology. Justice Administrators can use Internet effectively for managing their case history, sharing their information and managing databases of cases they handled. They can also use internet to get information on particular subject of their interest.
