In each country the giver system is varied to decide howmuch limit to spend money in healthcare. As a Britain citizens the government spend 15000bto 25000 dollars to save six months of citizens life. because of skyrocketed price of drugs. All the middle income countries facing same problem .even in the US rising cost have led some consideration. The British government created national institute for health and clinical excellence. Different companys produce drugs in different quality and in price range also different. In most development countries average income people struggling with non curable disease because they can't afford medicine charges. Even though chemo medicine ,dialysis medicine are one of the examples so government should take initiative to provide fund for save single life .Limitations not needed otherwise insurance companies also a better option. They gave insurance coverage and free medicine but quality is varied.
