Obeying a rule is something that everyone should follow in their lives. If we talk about an organization, then it is not meant for a single person to obey a rule as it should be meant for each and every employee working in that environment because the unity of the employees will help the organization to grow and achieve its objectives. Obeying a rule is meant to follow the rules regularly which have been told to you. You can't skip after doing it for one or two times. It is something which shows your basic manners and activates and it should be your duty to follow rules if it has been given by your higher authority because it becomes mandatory for you to follow. Every person in the organization should take it as there responsibility and try to obey every rule which has been imposed on you. If you obey rules then it keeps everyone safe in the organization and if you try to violate any rules then you will have to face various punishments and you may get fired from your job. So it will be beneficial for you as well as for your organization if you try to obey rules in your organization.
