You and your family are thinking about moving to Europe, due to a great job opportunity. You have been using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Analysis (SWOT) at work and decide it would be a useful tool to help in making the decision about moving. After four hours of brainstorming, you have completed each element. List and explain your responses to the SWOT Analysis.

SWOT ANALYSIS is a simple yet powerful technique which helps an organisation to know about the various  STRENGTHS, WEAKNESS , OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS. It provides awareness about all factors involved in making a business decision and helps taking proactive and corrective actions as early as possible without occuring major financial or reputational loss.

Moving to another coutry comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities.

STRENGTHS would be that i'm an educated person embarking on a new career journey in a completely different country but i will not be alone as i have my family with whom i m moving so in case, things do not go as per plan, i will have someone to rely onto.

WEAKNESS : If you are somebody who is a more stable person, then this change might be difficult for you to make especially if you have always lived at one place in your entire life.

OPPORTUNITIES would include meeting new people from different culture and ethnicity and sharing your culture with them.

THREATS would include the fear of losing job due to any reason. Having no job in an entire new country is scary as you would have to search for another source of survival which can be tough.
