•Negotiation in business sounds political and therefore many treat it as having little to do with justice.

There has been a massive growth towards the global competition and organizations have made things quite important in order to be able to understand the overall dynamics of cross functional negotiations. In an attempt to overcome the global business issues, for which in today’s era there are several tools & strategies available in the market. Negotiation is nothing but one of such tools. Its nothing but a process which includes bargaining comprising of one or more parties towards the agenda of closing the deal or the solution provided, which will be applicable to all the stakeholders involved into the same. In the process of negotiations, the parties involved into the same resolves upon all the disputes and finalize on the final course of action resulting in a collective advantage helping to come onto the output supporting the mutual interest of all the parties. In case of multinational corporations, the relationship amongst such cross functional negotiations occur withing the code of conduct and ethics of that firm and irrespective of the final negotiation outcome.
