Leadership development program has to take care about these all
stakeholders and provide them atleast one chance for them to
grow.
S-Students, Teachers-T
A good leader for School would be teachers.
Let's begin with leadership program which provides teachers and
student opportunity here.
A teacher has to give an exam in 3 Subjects
1. English
2. Mathematics/Science
3. Anyother Management Subject with school handling
situations.
After passing this exam and interview should be conducted by the
board of governors.
Some critical questions has to be asked like Teachers strike,
Students strike, Child abuse, child bulling, Sports controversy,
political controversy, Any criminal case how would they handle
it.
Since we want 10 candidates to be selected from each branch. After
passing interview
A teacher would have to take care as supervisor for compulsory 2
hours and become incharge of Atleast 3 standards including 10th and
12 board for atleast for 3 years.
After completing 10 years of Job they have to compulsorly work with
Exams and result team for 1 year and Finance handling Team for 1
year.
Conduct atleast 12 parents meeting and conduct 6 open house in
these 10 years.
After completing this rigorous process the candidate would be
steped up as Vice Principle of the School and would be offered a
seat in board of governors with Votes eqvivalent to Half of
Principle.
For a student who has complted schooling from our school and has
become teacher the Compulsory years of teaching would be just 6 and
rest all things remain the same.
