For measuring knee high compression TEDs make the patient to sit on a chair with your legs at a 90 degree angle and find your widest part of your calf

Measure arround your angle , this measurement is called the circumference place the measuring tape at the narrowest part of the ankle, above the ankle bone.

For measuring high thigh TEDs measure the upper thigh circumference at gluteal furrow.

Measure the calf circumference at its widest part , measure the entire leg measurement from gluteal furrow to the base of the heel.
