Petco - The vision of Petco is healthier pets, happier people and a better world. Petco is an American pet retailor in the United States. Its corporate office is in San Diego and San Antonio. It sells pet products ,services and live animals. It sells and holds fish, reptiles, small birds, hamsters, guinea pigs and mice for adoption. Pet services includes grooming and dog training. It is a leading pet specialty retailer with more than fifty years service to pet parent. The Petco foundation is an independent non profit organization. It has invested more than $200 million since it was created in 1999 to help in promoting and improving the welfare of the companion animals. Petco has been improving its veterinary services and training classes to draw people to stores. Petco are expensive. They do not sells cats and dogs.
PetSmart - PetSmart is an American retail chain operating in the United States and Canada that is engaged in the sale of speciality pet animal products such as food, furniture, habitats, accessories and services such as dog groomimg, dog training, boarding facilities and daycare. It also offers variety of small animals for sale and adoption such as fish, small birds, amphibians, reptiles etc. PetSmart was opened for business on August 14 1986. In December 2014, PetSmart was acquired by BC Partners for 8.7 billion dollars. It has a larger variety of product to select at a cheaper price with a better quality. They usually has vet offices as a part of their store and sells cats, dogs etc. It is cleaner and does a lot for charity than any other American pet supplies retail chain. Their staff and employees have the highest safety practises and experiences than any other pet grooming clinic.
