Peer review and quality;that may be existed for some time but it has been more of an exerxcise than practiacl meaningful force,we are trated peer review superficially recognized but generally ignored.in the presence of third party payers ,peer review is more than desirable.peer review will have a benificial impact on quality when the present approach of simply reducing then the quality will be altered.

The individual health professional;In the quality health care it is the only indispensable component,a review of organization standerds reveals clearly that those standerds are essentially,a composite of the standards of the various health proffessions.Our goal is comprehensive health care,this gol will be achived when each individualparticipant is given,and has the competence to accept.and minor responsibility for the needs of the patient within his professional sphere.These are the main components in quality of health care.
