Answer : For improving quality, we use many techniques, that's : 1)Effective communication with patient and other health professionals : It helps to understand the patient's considerations and satisfaction about nursing care.Likewise we can discuss with others staffs about the ways for improving physical and psychological support. 2)Improving nursing teamwork : Nurses can divide the patient's according to their health conditions and giving patient allocations according to priority that helps to reduce the workload of the workers . 3) Following strict standard operating procedures such as washing hands with 7 steps ,using antiinfective solutions for disinfecting hands (after and before each procedure ) helps to avoid infections. 4) Proper checking of skin integrity (by using Braden scale )and providing back care for bedridden patient's (including waterbed or supportive pillows) to avoid pressure ulcers 5) Give medications t correct time without errors (use patient rights while giving medications ). 5 ) Prevention of fall and other incidents such as suicide by making proper monitoring system for patients. 6) Keep call bells in patients bedside and bathrooms. 7) provide physical and psychological support by organising different activities ,exercise ,health programmes and rehabilitation .
