I am taking up the underperformance of US (country) in handling the coronavirus outbreak and suggesting measures that could have been taken and can still be taken:

The Intelligence inputs and briefings about the dangers of coronavirus and its potential to reach US was shared by US intelligence agencies to US president who ignored them.He disbanded the nodal agency for viral infectious disease.	The intelligence briefings should have alerted the President to start research on the virus and take steps to prevent the virus from reaching US shores.	Issue trave advisory all to US pubic to stop all non-essential travel to China.
Taking precautionary measures when WHO announced Covid-19 a worldwide public health emergency of international concern on jan 30th 2020. US President was still in denial mode and calling it a "hoax"	US Government should have proactively stopped all flights from China into USA and should have asked all foreigners coming into USA who had China travel experience to go into mandatory quarantine	1. by mandatory quarantine of all international passengers coming into US who had travel history of China
the Covid-19 testing kit developed by Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had flaws and it allowed the virus to spread	Once the flaw in the CDC testing kit was found then President should have sought World Health organization (WHO) testing kit	By ordering the testing kit used by WHO worldwide and mass producing it
