Connolly and ward believe that  right supportive approch helps disable chilldren for upliftment and can get advantage to explore themselves.it hepls to brings them in main social path . Disabled people suffer various inferiority comolex which can olny eliminate through supportive approch.Besides when supportive approch will be provide , disablle person will more normalized . He will not feel different form other rathar than he will feel normal as like other people .in classroom all supportive approch Necessity for development of normalization and child centered approch.

Therefore , it can emboided value of human rights .Because , every people have right to get supports and live freely.

empowerment of Disablity:

Empowerment is important aspects of disablity practice. Empower means to develop personl power and make them strengthfull .a disable person social , moral and Economic life is not much independent .but empowerment helps him or her to create own identity by maximum utilize his potentiality.empowerment with disable practice give oppertunity of training and education.

It is assist the individual in living their fullest potential in following way

1. Empowerment developed disabled self -esteem and self confidence which will helps to living them in fullest potential.they will not ever feel inferoinfer complex and anxity.

2.they will get more oppertunity to share own knowledge , Thought and make herself or himself more challenging to achieve goal.

3. Various kinds skill , capablities , training , and also can professionally develop himself through empowerment and live life with fullest potential.
