The responsibilities of human service professional include the work of social workers which have the responsibility of helping people who encounter trouble in the society. It is important for empowerment and well-being of the human beings in the society.Social work brings about social justice and freedom in the society. There are various clients like families, friends and social groups which receive help from a variety of social organizations and non-governmental authorities. There are various factors which govern the working potential of people in the society like:

• service.
• social justice.
• dignity of a person.
• integrity.
• competence.
• importance of developing important relations in life.

There are NASW code of ethics has several features like:

• core values as governing principles of the mission of social workers.
• ethical standards to govern the working and its regulation by the workers in the society.
• understanding of the personal obligations and priorities.
• governing bodies and organizations which set the rules and foundations for helping and cooperation among the people who require help in the society.
• violations of the rules and regulations leads to the punishments and penalty for the culprits in the society.

There should be a professional relationship between the clients and the third party involved in the participation of research. It covers various topics like costs and inputs required for the well-being of the clients, time frame and mutual consent for helping the victims in stressful situations. There should be mutual understanding and analytical reasoning among the clients with the social workers working in the organization. There should be a mutual agreement about the rules and regulations for the cooperation provided to the client by the social worker with clarity in the interpretation and understanding of the cooperation scenarios.There should be a transfer of information through social media and telephone exchange programs.
