Dear Student,

Global warming is the global rise in average temperature of the earth. It is one of the key factors of Climate change.

To evaluate global warming, we first need to figure out the cause of global warming. One of the most key factor of global warming is incresed carbondioxide emmision. Carbondioxide is a greenhouse gas, thus it traps heats inside the earth's atmosphere. The increased emmison of carbondioxide has led to trapping of large amounts of heat inside the earth's atmosphere. This phenomenon is known as greenhouse effect.

To reduce global warming, the most important step is to reduce carbondioxide emmision. We can acheive this through avoiding cutting of trees, less consumption of naural resources and population control.

Afforestation leads to increased absorption of carbondioxide by trees and increased oxygen in the air. Thus, it helps reduce global warming drastically. Throughout the world, there have been massive plantation drives. In some countries, people are supposed to plant trees on their college completion or if a child is born. This kind of awareness for planting more trees will definitely help combat global warmimg.

One child policy is also implemented in a lot of countries, suffering from the problem of over-population. Increasing population directly affects the burden on the resources, that are limited. For example, increased population needs more transportation facilities, thus increasing the number of automobiles on road, which ultimately result in increased carbondioxide emmision. That is why one child policy is a must for countries like India, where the population is extremely high.

Less consumption of any resource will lead to less waste generation and less carbondioxide emmison. Increased use of resources like petroleum result in increase of carbondioxide in the atmosphere. Also, excess waste generated due to over consumption is often burnt in landfills, which releases greenhouse gases like carbondioxide in large quantities. Therefore, consuming just the necesarry amount of resources can help reduce global warming.

Thank you!

Please leave a thumbs up.

Whether you agree or disagree with the concept of global warming, one thing is clear....the oceans are becoming more acidic with time. Although the changes in pH are small in number, it is enough change to have a detremental effect on the coral systems living within the ocean (as remember pH operates on a logarithm). In many real world applications, as with the coral systems in the ocean, small changes in pH can cause death. However, some of these systems...
