The Ketogenic diet is working by changing the way our body turns food items into energy or ATP. Usually, during digestion, body break down the carbohydrates like into molecules of galactose, fructose, and glucose, and which serves as the primary source of energy. When our body cannot produce it from carbohydrates it will search for other forms of energy. The ketogenic diet intentionally places our body in a state of ketogenesis, where the fat is released from cells and will turn into ketogenesis,
