Data governance is a system that is deployed within the organization pertaining to a particular department whose data will be put under certain rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to make the data governance fruitful. Hence, it is a must to ensure that all the areas of data governance are met to ensure we have efficient data governance in place. If there are missing elements in the data governance that are not met as per the requirements of the data governance then the whole purpose of data governance is diluted and the results may not be as per the required ones. This is why without complete compliance from all the elements of the data governance it is not appropriate to deem a data governance system as a truly efficient and compliant data governance system.
