There exist a number of strategies that can be considered for
implementation.
(a) Identify four (4) issues in strategy implementation.
(b) Create four (4) types of strategies using the SWOT Matrix in
the matching stage of strategy formulation.
(c) Describe any two (2) of the SWOT Matrix strategy types.
Strategy Implementation is a process of putting things in the organization to achieve the predefined goals of the organization. An organization develops strategies of their work as to how they are going to work efficiently with minimum use of resources at a lower cost of production. A good strategy is a good sign of the success of the organization, but implementing it also very important for achieving predefined goals. Strategy Implementation is a process that puts organizations' strategies and plans into action to achieve their predefined goals with the lowest use of the resources.
1. Lack of resources can make strategy implementation difficult. When there is a lack of resources in an organization, it can't put their strategies into work as they have a shortage of resources for their production.
2. Periodic review is a must thing in strategy implementation as they are going as planned or not, if there are issues in implementation, the organization should check the problems and take action against them to rectify them. Lack of a periodical review of the strategies can make it impossible for the organization to achieve its goals.
3. Communication is very important for strategy implementation in the organization. Strategies are shared with all of the employees, and all of the positive and negative factors are discussed with them if there is a lack of communication in implementation it can lead to failure of strategy implementation. Communication is very important from making strategies for implementing it and till the final process.
4. The strategy should be well defined as all of the employees can understand it. Strategies should be very clear about the goals of the organization. All of the things must be in a proper way as all the employee's work should be appropriately divided to make full use of all available workforce efficiently. Weak strategy can lead to the failure of the organization to achieve its goals.
