1 If you became president of the United States, what would you do to alleviate poverty and reduce income inequality? 2) If you became president of the United States, what would you do to address the problems with our health care system? 3) If you became president of the United States, what would you do to address wage discrimination and improve our labor force?
As per policy we have to answer first question
Answer-1) The government of United States defines poverty as being equal to or less than three times an average family in United States with minimum food expenditures as it is calculated by the USDA. The percentage of families in United States with incomes below the poverty line is termed to be the poverty rate. If I have an opportunity to became president of the United States, I will promote more anti-poverty policy to alleviate poverty and reduce income inequality by providing the poor with enough in-kind benefits and cash to ensure that they make ends meet while also trying that poor children to attain the self-sufficiency and get a foot on the ladder to reach on great heights of success. Poor healthcare leads to less productivity, less income and less development in the United States and causes the poverty. Corruption, lack of educational and healthcare opportunities, and poor governance can have severely damage the effects on a nation's growth rate and create inequality. I will put hard rule and punishments on the corruption and sufficient provision of education, infrastructure and healthcare. It will ensure good governance and inhibit positive outcomes to alleviate poverty and reduce income inequality.
