Normally a whole large size egg consists of:- Carbohydrates – 1gram Since 1 gram of carbohydrates is 4 calories, so the calories from carbs for each egg is 4 calories Proteins – 6 grams Since 1 gram of protein is 4 calories, so the calories from the protein for each egg is 24 calories Fats – 5gram Since 1 gram of fat is 9 calories, so the calories from fat for each egg is 45 calories The total calories from one egg is = (4 + 24 + 45) = 73 calories Assuming each of the meal consists of two eggs = The total calorie consumed is 146 calories. |

Assuming each of the meal consists of 100gram of brown rice Carbs = 22.7 gram Calories from carbs = 90.8 gram as 22.7 x 4 is the calories Proteins = 2.56 gram Calories from proteins = 10.24 calories Fat = 0.89 gram Calories from fat = 8.01 calories Total calories from 100 gram of brown rice = 110 calories |

100 gram of broccoli consists of Carbs = 6.64 g Total calories from carbs = 6.64 x 4 = 26.56 calories Proteins = 2.82 gram Total calories from proteins = 2.82 x 4 = 11.28 gram Fats = 0.37 gram Total calories from fat = 0.37 x 9 = 3.33 gram Hence the total calories from 100 gram of Broccoli = (26.56 + 11.28 + 3.33) = 41 calories |
This type of meal is a very protein rich meal with the carbs coming only from rice and low fat content. It is a great meal which can be consumed if aiming for healthy. It is a wholesome which fortifies the basic macro and micro-nutrients for the body.
